General Candle Care

• Trim the Wick: A little trim goes a long way! Snip your wick to about 1/4 inch before each lighting for a calm, even glow and cleaner air—no smoky surprises or soot clouds.

• First Burn Magic: Let your candle’s first burn melt the wax all the way to the edge of the jar. This ensures a level, even surface for future burns and helps your candle last longer.

• Burn Time: For the happiest candle (and safest experience), limit each burn to around four hours. Overextending may cause the glass to overheat and diminish the fragrance’s strength.

• Extinguishing Etiquette: Reach for a snuffer to gracefully end your candle’s glow. Never use the bamboo lid to put out the flame—it can scorch or warp! Blowing out your candle can make wax splash or create smoke.

• Cool Down: Allow the wax to set and the jar to cool before moving. Patience pays off—no hot hands or messy spills!

• Safe Surfaces: Choose flat, heat-resistant surfaces while in use to prevent accidents or tip-overs.
